1. Returns

We accept returns for most items purchased on luxeopall.com within 30 days of the delivery date. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:

  • Condition of Items: The returned jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Excluded Items: Personalized items (e.g., custom engravings) and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Refunds
