3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom-designed jewelry and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
