We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate different delivery needs. The following is a general guide for shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Available for most domestic locations.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. This option is available for an additional fee at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country and may take up to 10-14 business days, depending on customs processing and other factors.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, product availability, and other circumstances.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Processing includes verifying your payment, preparing your order, and scheduling shipment.
  • Custom Orders: Orders with custom engraving or other personalization may take longer to process. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for custom orders.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected during checkout and the destination of your order. All shipping fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
  • International Shipping: International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the total at checkout and must be paid to the relevant authorities upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package. You can check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking information.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee delivery times as external factors such as weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays may impact shipping. LuxeOpall is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processes.

  • Carrier Delays: If there are delays due to the shipping carrier, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for updates.
  • Weather and Holidays: Please note that deliveries may be delayed during busy holiday periods or extreme weather conditions.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: LuxeOpall is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to report lost or stolen items.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@luxeopall.com or call (716) 662-3136. We will assist you with a replacement or return in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. P.O. Box Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for shipping.

9. International Shipping Duties and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not covered by LuxeOpall and must be paid directly to the customs authorities of the country receiving the shipment.

  • Customs Clearance: Customs regulations may vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about the process and any applicable charges.
  • Customs Delays: LuxeOpall is not responsible for delays in customs processing or delivery.
